Insurance Rabies Vaccine Cover

Meh. A moo, a mower, a Täterätätääääää .... ?

So my patients are destroying my patience - pun, fully intended, muahaha. >_>
I have this patient who makes me want to kill myself. T__T I have her since friday. Last tuesday she got a new bio-heart-valve and a pacemaker - all via an artery, which is a really really tiny procedure.
She does not want to do anything at all, which is fine - she's allowed to refuse therapy, so sign me the sheet stating that and I'll happily leave her alone, but she won't do that, because she just had major surgery and I have to wait till she is better and then she'll think about whether or not she'll do anything with me. ... URGHH!! What the bloody hell?! It's my job to get her up on her feet again. X_x
So I keept trying to get her to do anything, which started working on monday when I asked a doctor to accompany me to rationalize with her. So the doctor left, I started to do some resipratory therapy, worked great, her lung sounded great, basically everything was great. Tuesday morning I come into her room and she's practically hyperventilating, because she couldn't breathe. She was already getting O2 and it was getting better by the second so I wanted to work on her lung a bit more. She refused to let me do anything and she didn't want anything, but I should come back later. I did. Still the same. Came back later again. Still no better. So I wanted to talk to the doctors to increase her O2 if it was that bad and stuff. Doctors didn't know she was on O2 (>_>) and went to the patient with me.
Then the patient had the fucking nerve to tell the doctors that it was my fault she is in respiratory distress (because of my therapy the day before)! What the hell?! I had nothing to do with that! And the therapy I wanted to do that day would have helped her to get her O2 stats back to normal and breath easier - which I told her. >__> But well, she then signed me the sheet and that was that. And just to make it clear, she had trouble breathing because her heart was failing and that made water appear in the lungs - I had nothing to do with any of that. And thankfully the doctors know that and told me not to worry about it. <3
Or so I thought! T__T Today came her new prescription and it was handed right back to me. >__< So it begins again... ;______; Yesterday I asigned her some "homework", since she refused therapy. So I asked her today if she did any of it. "Of course, all the time! Just not in the last 2 days".... Please let the judge know that the murder was just. >__> XD

Also I'm a chickenshit! ^^; Should go to a doctor about pain in my leg which I've been having since february. In the last month or so it has gotten worse - aka it even hurts when I lie in bed. >.< I thought it was just periostitis (Knochenhautentzündung), but that should have healed up months ago. Now I'm worried because my orthopedics professor suggested that it might be a functional compartement syndrom with the additional periostitis, which would result in surgery (they'd have to slice some muscles of mine in two otherwise the muscle would die - kinda like House's leg! XD ;;;). So I have an appointment tomorrow. Wait and see I guess. : / Come
